From optimistic outlooks to concerns about the cost of living, the political environment’s influence on economic growth, and the shifting spending priorities between the mass and affluent segments, these dynamics provide valuable insights into the evolving economic and consumer landscape of Asia.
To delve deeper into these dynamics, MDRi conducted a comprehensive survey in February 2024, gathering insights from a sample size of 3,000 respondents. This report presents both quantitative and qualitative findings, focusing on the economic sentiments of six pivotal Asia Pacific markets: Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. By investigating optimism, political dynamics, and changing consumer behaviours, the report provides valuable insights into the region’s diverse characteristics.
