Tracy brings nearly 20 years of international experience in the hospitality and travel industry, with deep expertise in customer engagement, loyalty strategy, MarTech, CRM, and strategic partnerships. Her career spans North America, Greater China, and Asia-Pacific, giving her a strong ability to translate global strategies into locally relevant execution.
Most recently, Tracy served as Vice President of Customer Engagement, MarTech, Loyalty & Partnership at Hilton, where she led the Hilton Honors program in China. During her tenure, membership grew 20-fold in six years, making the market as Hilton’s second-largest globally. She also advanced Hilton’s long-term loyalty strategy and built landmark partnerships, including Hilton’s first collaboration with Starbucks China and key distribution relationships with Alibaba/Fliggy.
Previously, Tracy held senior leadership roles at IHG, driving loyalty marketing, launching IHG China’s first co-branded credit card, and supporting China Outbound and brand growth initiatives.
